More than 90% of our merchandise is handcrafted using pure leather, which takes the shape of your feet upon wearing. Furthermore, we use standard EUR sizes to avoid any inconvenience for our valued customers. Refund Policy:
Khussa Mahal has a long standing tradition of allowing refunds, without questions asked.
Refunds will be entertained up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Only unused and unworn articles will be refunded. The customer will be reimbursed through the payment method used upon making the purchase. The process of reimbursement can take up to 14 days.
Returns/Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are entertained up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Any concerns after this period will not be catered. Khussa Mahal will bear the replacement charges if there is a quality concern or incorrect size/article delivered from our end. However, the customer will be responsible for bearing local replacement charges if an incorrect article or size was ordered. Replacement charges can vary.
Cancellation Policy:
Khussa Mahal reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock out or unavailability.
